FSF Top 100 Players – #8 Tom Brady – First Stop Fantasy

At 37 years old New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has reached the point of his career where–like his long-time counterpart/rival/fellow elite quarterback Peyton Manning–every week there seems to be another milestone, another record, another step up the NFL list of records. This year Tom Brady approaches 50,000 career passing yards, currently has 360 touchdowns, is nearing 150 career regular season victories, and is known as one of the greatest clutch quarterbacks in NFL history.
A sixth-round draft pick (#199 overall) in 2000, Brady began fourth on the New England quarterback depth chart. As a rookie he completed one pass for six yards in three attempts during garbage time. Since taking over as the starter in week three, only a knee injury stealing his 2008 season has slowed Brady.
